Bill Gates called the current global trade tensions "scary" in an interview with CNBC-TV18.
The Microsoft founder said increased trade issues could be a "burden on economic growth" and job creation.
His comments come after the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Trade Organization (WTO) have both warned on the economic impact of the trade tensions.
